Shipping

All orders ship Monday-Tuesday to avoid overnight delays in shipping. 

Orders placed before 2pm eastern time Saturday will be shipped the following Monday-Tuesday.

If your order is placed after 2pm eastern time on Saturday, your order will be shipped the next week. 

If ordering for a specific date, please include the information in your order details and your order will be shipped the earliest Monday-Wednesday prior to the date you need it. 

Return Policy

I take great care in packaging every order as securely as possible to help ensure they arrive safely. However, because macarons are naturally delicate, I cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping once the package has left my hands.

To help minimize the risk of breakage, I strongly recommend selecting express shipping at checkout, as faster transit times are the best way to reduce handling and potential damage.

Refunds may be issued as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled or prepared. Once an order has been fulfilled, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I’m always happy to discuss possible solutions, which may include a replacement order or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
