These coffee cookies are ultra thick, soft, chewy, and packed with chocolate chips! They are perfect to enjoy with your morning coffee!

How to Store Coffee Cookies

Store cookies in an airtight container and keep at room temperature for 4-5 days.

Cookies can be kept frozen in a sealed container for 2 months.

Reheat frozen cookies in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm.

Cookie Specifications

Each cookie is 3 ounces (85g).

Caffeine in Cookies

These cookies are made with instant ground espresso powder, which adds delicious, strong coffee flavor as well as a generous amount of caffeine to the cookies.

If you would prefer the cookies to not contain caffeine, please let me know in the notes of your order and I will use instant decaf coffee in place of the espresso powder!

Shipping is free on orders $35 or more.

All orders are prepared and shipped Monday-Wednesday for optimum freshness and to avoid overnight shipping delays.

Orders received after Tuesday will be made and shipped the following Monday-Wednesday.

If you are ordering for a specific date, please let me know and I will make sure you receive your order as close as possible to the date you need it!
